The Triad-Orbit Standard Tripod Single Boom Stand System is a versatile and professional-grade setup designed for a wide range of studio and live sound applications. This complete package combines the company’s innovative Advanced Stand System components, including the T2 tripod stand, OM boom arm, and M2 orbital microphone adapter.
At the core of the system is the T2 tripod stand, featuring Triad-Orbit’s proprietary articulating base for enhanced stability and flexible positioning. Paired with it is the OM single-arm boom, a compact boom arm ideal for tight spaces, backline setups, vocals, and acoustic instrument recording where a longer boom is unnecessary.
The included M2 orbital adapter utilizes Triad-Orbit’s Compass Point ball swivel mechanism, allowing microphones, cameras, or lighting accessories to be positioned with exceptional precision and locked securely in place. Its short stem mounting arm is specifically designed for fast, accurate setups in demanding production environments.
The system also comes complete with 5/8" to 3/8" thread adapters and an adjustment wrench for added compatibility and convenience.

Triad-Orbit T2 Standard Tripod
The T2 Standard Tripod from Triad-Orbit is designed to accommodate applications that call for 36 - 71" mic placements such as on vocals, cymbals, trumpet, and more.
Each leg of the stand's base has four ratcheted positions that provide up to 65° range of movement. This allows the T2 to stand on uneven surfaces and allows for stacking, which makes storage easier.
The T2 is also equipped with an IO quick-change coupling system to mate with IO-equipped hardware. This is great for quickly changing microphones and booms without having to unscrew anything.

Triad-Orbit OM Orbit Mini - Short Single-Arm Orbital Boom
The OM Orbit Mini from Triad-Orbit is the smaller version of the Orbit 1 orbital boom arm and is the companion boom for the optional Triad Mini Stand. The Orbit Mini provides flexible placement in tight spaces and back-line applications. All orbital booms utilize a proprietary, stainless-steel ball swivel mechanism to deliver a smooth, quiet and stable range of motion for surgically precise mic placement. The Orbit Mini is also equipped with the IO quick-change coupler hex to mate with IO-equipped Triad stands. This is great for quickly changing or moving microphones without having to unscrew anything. The boom also utilizes an industrial-grade clutch in lieu of knob and thumbscrew to secure the point of adjustment. The knurled metal clutch barrel is coated to provide a comfortable ergonomic grip that yields more torque. With no protruding parts, the boom is designed to transport and store with ease.

The Micro 2 M2 Short Stem Orbital Mic Adapter from Triad uses Triad's Compass Point ball swivel housing to provide accurate and secure mic placement, and is designed to reduce set up time. The M2 is IO connector equipped for compatibility with Triad's stands and Orbit booms.
