Custom Cables Included with Gear Purchases
Did you know you get custom cables included with gear purchases from Pro Audio LA (a few exceptions apply)? We hand-build our custom cables and snakes using the highest quality components available. Generally, our cables are built from Mogami, Gotham, Grimm, Canare, & Evidence Audio cabling and hand-soldered with Neutrik connectors. On some occasions, we can use different components to suit your cabling needs. A custom cable credit can be added to your equipment purchase.

Shipping Policies
We generally ship orders domestically via FedEx 2Day including tracking information. We have found this to be the most-reliable shipping method. Size restrictions on this FedEx service require that we use UPS Ground for items that don't fit into the boxes FedEx provides for the 2Day shipping program. We also offer UPS Ground as a shipping option at checkout for shipments within the USA. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, please contact us, and we can quote you a price for your desired shipping method.

A signature is required at the time of delivery for any packages valued over $500. Packages valued under $500 are not shipped with a signature required unless that option is chosen at checkout. Pro Audio LA is not responsible for any packages that are "lost," "stolen," or "missing" after delivery. If your location is not secure, please be sure to choose a shipping option including signature at checkout. Lastly, please be advised that all Pro Audio LA shipments are blocked from being able to be re-routed for delivery to an alternate address. We apologize for the inconvenience, but address changes are a common facilitator of fraud, and we have a firm policy of not allowing our packages to be re-routed.
Order Modifications
Our order fulfillment process is very precise and organized to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within the timeframes indicated in our order confirmation emails. Because requests to change order details require careful attention and administrative time, in cases where an order has not yet begun being manufactured, any requests for changes to orders (cable details, for example) or requests to combine orders (to save on shipping charges etc.) will incur a $10 administrative fee. Charging this fee helps us keep our everyday prices as low as possible.

In cases where an order has already begun being manufactured, we charge a minimum fee of 25% and up to 50% to modify order details (depending on the stage of manufacturing the order has reached). If an order is completed and ready to be shipped, we are not able to modify the order. Please be advised that orders cannot be cancelled after they have begun being manufactured.
Order Processing Times
Most small custom cable orders are processed in a 5-business-day timeframe. Larger orders are processed on a case by case basis dependent on the size of the order and the number of orders in our order queue at that time. Every order receives an order confirmation email detailing an estimated shipping window. If you have specific timeframe needs, please be sure they are clearly communicated either in your order comments at checkout or via email.

Custom cable orders are manufactured in the order in which they are received unless specific expediting arrangements are made and the associated fees paid. If you need to check on the status of your order, please contact by emailing by replying to your order confirmation email. We work as efficiently as possible without compromising quality, and our turnaround times are generally faster than other custom cable shops.
Warranties
All our work (custom handmade cabling built in our facility) is guaranteed for life for components and workmanship. Just hold onto your receipt as your proof of purchase, and if anything ever goes wrong with a cable built by Pro Audio LA, LLC, we will repair it free of charge. This does not apply to merchandise that we determine has been misused or damaged (this includes exposure to heat, heavy objects being rolled over cables, or connectors that have been tugged or mishandled.

Please note that this limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Customer is responsible for shipping to our location for any warranty repair or service. Pro Audio LA will cover return shipping to your location if it is determined a part we used or work we did experienced a failure. Please make sure to obtain an RMA # prior to any return to ensure a smooth process. Packages sent to use without an RMA # will likely be mishandled. If upon inspection we determine the condition of a product does not fall under our warranty policy, we will contact you to let you know your options. In these cases, customers are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.

There are no other express or implied warranties except as set forth herein. Pro Audio LA shall have no liability or warranty covering you or any third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, consequential damages, or any other economic hardship arising out of the use or inability to use the products. In all cases, our liability is limited strictly to replacement, repair, or the value of the product purchased. Pro Audio LA is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors and reserves the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changes in the market, product discontinuations, or human error.

Pro Audio LA endeavors that all information published on our website be accurate and complete. Unfortunately, some documents and graphics published on our website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Pro Audio LA makes no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

Please note that if a product is listed at an incorrect price, Pro Audio LA shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Pro Audio LA will immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price. Pro Audio LA does not guarantee Pro Audio LA prices listed on other web sites or price engines.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
As of October 2019, Pro Audio LA no longer accepts any returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom cabling. This includes raw cabling sold in bulk that has been cut to length. This policy has been put in place to ensure we are able to continue to offer superior products at the best prices possible. Please be sure your order details are accurate. You will be emailed a copy of your order/invoice including order details at the time of payment. Pro Audio LA shall not be responsible for any order details or options that are not explicitly memorialized on the order confirmation invoice/email. Modifications of custom cabling purchased from Pro Audio LA, where possible, can be purchased at the prevailing prices for parts and labor (making cables longer than they are is not possible).

Returns, refunds, or exchanges of equipment (does not include custom cabling) must be requested via email within 30 days of shipment of your order. Please contact us at Info@ProAudioLA.com to arrange for a return authorization. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without written authorization in writing including an RMA # (return authorization number). All returns are subject to a minimum 20% inspection & restocking fee (except for in-warranty, defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error by Pro Audio LA).

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned merchandise must include original packaging, all documentation, literature, and accessories. If any of these items are damaged, missing, or lost, Pro Audio LA reserves the right to refuse the return or increase the restocking fee charged. The customer is solely responsible for any return reaching our location in good condition. Any shipping damage shall not be the responsibility of Pro Audio LA.

While Pro Audio LA will make every attempt to assist you if a product purchased from us has failed or needs repair, we do not guarantee immediate availability of emergency loaner or replacement items.
Payments
We accept payments via Credit Card, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Checks, and in some cases personal checks. All payments must clear in full before orders are shipped. A 50% deposit is required at minimum for large-scale orders before any manufacturing can begin with the balance due before orders can be shipped. As such, Credit Card payments are generally the fastest way to get orders processed and out the door. We accept cash for local sales in the Los Angeles area. Invoices/Receipts are provided with all purchases. Quoted prices are not guaranteed, and all prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the prevailing price at the time of payment.
